Richard Tian has served as the Managing Director of Bluepoint Advertising since joining the company in 2003. A graduate of Hubei Medical Institute, he has also earned a Master’s of Business Administration Degree from Preston University. He joined Unilever in 1995 where he worked in the sales and marketing department until he joined Hong Kong Top Result Media company and then moved to MPI where he earned the position of Senior Manager in charge of Sales and Marketing.

        Tony Deng has served as Bluepoint’s Deputy General Manager since 2003. A graduate of Shanghai International Trade Institute, he pursued post graduate studies at Shanghai Jiao Tong University where he majored in Computer Information Management. From 1999-2000, he served as the Sales manager for spices until he was recruited to work for Top Result Bus & Transit as Senior Sales Manager and Assistant to the Managing Director. He moved to MPI where he took over responsibilities as national key accounts supervisor.

        Ms. Qing Wei Ming joined in 2004 Bluepoint as the General Manager of the Beijing office from her previous position as the Public Affairs Manager of The China Network Company（CNC）. Prior to that she served for three years as the deputy postmaster of Wuhan Post Office stations in one of the largest central China here upon completion of her studies in Business Management at Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications. She entered the advertising industry in 2003 and since that time has changed her job three times since then working as the key accounts manager for MPI and senior accounts manager for TOM.

         Mr. Yuan Song is the general manager of OnTop Advertising which is Bluepoint’s Wuhan office. He has been with Bluepoint since 2002. He is a graduate of Wuhan Broadcasting and TelevisionUniversity. He served as the marketing manager of Taiwan Golden Green House Lumber Products Group. He joined Top Result Media Company where he served as the key accounts supervisor. Subsequently he served in customer service as well as sales management positions. His management and advertising experience are extensive.
